Our 4th of July in UTAH :)

We drove up to Salt Lake City, Utah for the 4th of July & a much needed family vacation & to visit some good friends of ours who live there:)

 We arrived at the hotel first. We showered and got ready for our night of fun, our reunion with our friends, and fireworks:)

 We arrived at our friends Zak and Karol's house in Clearfield.(about 20-ish minutes from Salt Lake City) and their sweet little girl, Gwen and baby boy Evan. 

It was such a fun reunion. We hadn't met their two kids yet. Gwen (1 1/2) and Evan (2 mo.)

& they haven't seen Wyatt since he was 8 months old...and they hadn't met Hudson yet. 

It was fun getting to see them! Zak is Klete's mission buddy. They both met on their mission in Ecuador.

 We played at their house till everyone was ready to go...

 We went to Zak's parents house for some pizza and the kids played and had fun:)

 They have such a beautiful backyard. They live in Syracuse. Literally right around the corner from Clearfield where Zak and Karol live.

 We left there and met Karol's parents at the park near a church where they were saving us a blanket and spot to sit and watch fireworks:)

Wyatt and Gwen had little sharing feud over a toy (what toddler doesn't fight over toys??) and Klete told Wyatt "You better be nice to her, she's going to be your wife someday." Haha. It was hilarious and we all bust up laughing:) They really did get along well. Not sure if I wan't my baby boy ever getting married though...Heehee! j/k.

We had literally never seen such an incredible firework show before as the one we watched in Utah. Oh. My. Gosh. AMAZING show! SO many fireworks and ones I had never seen before. The boys enjoyed it. It was so fun this year with Hudson being older & getting to enjoy the show:)

I have tons more pictures to come of our Utah trip and many more exciting things we got to do! One of them was getting to see Klete's old mission president & his wife!... stay tuned for more!!:)
